Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens, and sometimes you need to reschedule! However, since appointments are reserved just for you, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee of 50% of the service cost.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and may require prepayment for future appointments.
• If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or adjusted, and a fee may apply.
